Steelers insider Mark Kaboly from The Athletic joined the show. Mark thinks the Jets over Dolphins is the biggest worry for the weekend. He expects the Steelers to beat the Browns, unless they can’t manage to stop Nick Chubb or Kareem Hunt. The guys asked Mark about the Steelers conservative game plan. Mark wants to see Kenny Pickett open up downfield, but he thinks it is being hammered in his head to be more careful with the football. Mark thinks the biggest argument against Matt Canada for next year is wasting Pickett’s formidable years with a coordinator that lacks a lot of creativity. Mark expects Mark Robinson to see a good bit of snaps again. Mark sees the Steelers making the playoffs. 

Rich Eisen bashed any Steeler fan that is calling for Mike Tomlin. He called them “dumb.” Poni wondered if it was a shot at him or Chris. The guys also defended themselves – saying you can credit him greatly for some of his seasons, but also realize the team has been largely mediocre for the last 10 years and fails to win in the playoffs again and again. How many head coaches would you take right this minute over Tomlin?
