Pirates insider Jason Mackey from the PG joined the show. Jason talked about the process of game yesterday with the delay, near postponement, then starting the game at 1:20 – mentioning that the Pirates input on the decision was minimal and more on MLB as a whole. Jason said he wouldn’t be shocked if Endy Rodriguez comes up in the next week, if he has a good week, because he likes the direction things are going with the kids. He added that we aren’t far off from seeing Rodriguez regardless. Jason is very confident Mitch Keller wouldn’t be on the move if things hit rock bottom. Jason talked about how the Pirates could go about the 1st overall pick, whether it’s Dylan Crews or Paul Skenes, and how the agents factor into it.
