Former Penn State linebacker Brandon Short joined the show. Brandon talked about some of his high school days, facing kids like LaVar Arrington. Brandon talked about his cause, which is a scholarship tied to his late daughter and grandson, who died due to gun violence. Brandon said there is an event set up with a lot of great things to help him remember his daughter. He talked about how he is doing mentally and why people can’t take simple things for granted. Jumping into football, Brandon said he wishes Pitt and Penn State met every year. He gave his thoughts on Devin Bush, having faith that the young LB still has a chance to figure things out.
