Full Hour | In today’s second hour, Dom welcomes in Yeadon Mayor Rohan Hepkins to discuss a recent spike in homicides in the Delaware County borough. Last year, Hepkins joined us as a defender of Chief Anthony ‘ChaChi’ Paparo, who was later removed from his post due to alleged budgeting concerns. It became obvious over time, at the time, that there were bias-related factors playing into the decision by Council Members, and the case has since gone to litigation. Hepkins tells that he would stand behind re-instating the former Chief due to his love and relationship with the community, noting that things seemed to work well while he was at his post. Giordano and Hepkins discuss the current state of Yeadon, with the Mayor telling how he hopes things will iron out moving forward.

Then, Dom spends the remainder of the hour largely reflecting on the recent election in Pennsylvania in which both Doctor Mehmet Oz and Doug Mastriano lost their respective races for Senator and Governor, asking both listeners and Dan for their number one reason why the Republicans were swept by Democrats. Also, in Dan Time with Dom, Producer Dan tells about the Elton John concert in LA, and Dom and Dan discuss how the Walking Dead fell off after last night’s finale. (Photo by Win McNamee/Getty Images)
