In today’s second hour, Dom welcomes back Andre Boyer, Chief of S.I.T.E., the security agency featuring armed guards in Kevlar out at gas stations in Philadelphia due to the spike in Philadelphia’s crime. Boyer tells us about what he’s seen while guarding local gas stations, explaining that he’s also extended his services to other businesses hoping to curb criminal issues. In addition, Boyer tells Giordano how he’s seized illegal firearms and regularly has to break up drug deals and open-air drug use.

Then, Dom offers the microphone to Dan to ask his stupid question of the day, with Dan asking whether or not people should be allowed to wear slippers while going on a quick trip to the store. Also, Giordano tells about the January 6th hearings, offering live updates as Liz Cheney takes the stage to offer her opening statements. Then, Dom takes callers throughout the hour offering their opinion on the slippers comment made by Dan and the January 6th hearings. Also, Dom and Dan have a conversation about workforce involvement after friend of the show Stephen Moore posted a column point to how much people living off the government make.
