Dom welcomes in Jim Worthington, owner of the Newtown Athletic Club, back onto the Dom Giordano Program to discuss a settlement he received in a lawsuit filed against former Democratic candidate for Congress Ashley Ehasz for statements made related to his role in the January 6th riot on Capitol Hill. Worthington tells why he felt a lawsuit was necessary, discussing the negative impact that the defamatory comments had on his personal and professional life, and also tells that Ehasz was the first of a few other outlets he sued that falsely reported buses organized on January 6th.
