Full Hour | Today, Dom led off the Dom Giordano Program by offering a new development in the effort to impeach Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner for his role in the spike of violent crime in Philadelphia as he continues to play dumb to his policies as a cause of what we’re seeing in the City. Then, Dom tells of some news released by Pennsylvania’s Auditor General’s office that points to huge surplus in the budgets for multiple school districts around and including Philadelphia, which runs counter to claims of a lack of funding.

Then, Dom welcomes in Pennsylvania State Representative Craig Williams, Impeachment Manager in the case of Larry Krasner, to discuss an appeal filed to Pennsylvania Supreme Court against the Commonwealth Court’s December 30th decision that pointed to there not being enough probable cause to pursue impeachment. Craig Williams discusses the new strategy with Giordano, explaining why the House is continuing on with the case, pointing to a particular case of misbehavior in office in which Krasner allegedly used a discretionary act to violate the individual rights of Philadelphia Police Officer Ryan Pownall. (Photo by Scott Heins/Getty Images)
