Dom welcomes in Andrew C. McCarthy from Fox News to discuss the coming arrest and indictment of Donald Trump in relation to alleged hush money payments made to Stormy Daniels. First, Dom asks McCarthy about the topic discussed in the first segment of the show, asking whether he believes this could be a strategic move by Democrats to help Trump win the election, because in their eyes, they see him as the easiest 2024 opponent. After that, Dom asks McCarthy about another theory, asking if this was a move by a progressive DA, Manhattan’s Alvin Bragg, similar to Philadelphia’s Larry Krasner, in an effort to take out a conservative powerhouse.
