Full Hour | Today, Dom led off the Dom Giordano Program by focusing on the holiday weekend coming off of Easter. Dom plays back an interview with Washington DC Cardinal Wilton Gregory, who analyzed Joe Biden’s Catholic faith. In the waffling interview, the religious official notes that Biden is a good Catholic, but openly discusses his stance on abortion as running counter to the traditional ideology of the faith. Dom expands on this topic to discuss the usage of religion as a political tool, which leads into a further conversation on the topic of abortion.
Then, Dom welcomes in Chester County Commissioner Eric Roe who was the sole Republican in the Philadelphia collar counties to vote against a mandatory hike in minimum wage to $15 an hour. Roe tells us why he’s against, overall, any types of raises in minimum wage, pointing out the stresses that such a political move imposes on our very important small businesses throughout the State.
