TUF premiered last week on FOX Sports 1 and it’s been 10 years since "The Ultimate Fighter" first debuted and helped propel the sport of mixed martial arts into the mainstream as fighters looked to fulfill their dreams and earning a roster shot in the UFC.

Alright, so I wasn’t going to talk about the ultimate fighter, being involved with the show for 8 seasons and 5 of which as as the digital producer. When I left FOX a couple months back I wanted to take a break, a long break. But I have had enough pressure from friends and colleagues who have told me that I can’t just give it up cold turkey…lucky for you I agree.
