People often try to take what they like from the bible and leave the rest, as though it’s not relevant. They want the good parts to be true and the tough parts to be gone. Today, Pastor Bill talks about how destructive it is to try and add to or take away from God’s Word. It’s perfect, just the way it is. It inspires people, comforts others and to some, it’s just maddening. The message of the gospel is narrow and exclusive, and it’s allowed to be that way because God gave up everything in order for it to be truth.
