There’s a misconception amongst people – believers and unbelievers alike – that our God is an angry God of wrath. That He just sits up in heaven waiting for you to mess up so He can punish you. That never has been the way God works. As Pastor Bill explains in today’s message, God is a God of love. He is just, and He cannot stand sin, but because of His love, He sent His own Son to take your place and bear the wrath you deserve. Because of Christ you no longer are subject to wrath.
