Farmers are working with the New South Wales government on updates to planning laws, to allow more farmers to benefit from agri-tourism. 

The proposed legislation will make it easier to conduct limited tourism operations on a property -  without needing development approval. 

Rural reporter Rhiannon Soliman-Marron caught up with New South Wales Farmers Association President James Jackson, to find out more about the draft laws.
