He also shares with us how we are not just saved by the Gospel, but we grow by applying the Gospel to every area of our life. We do not get beyond the Gospel. The same Gospel that justifies us is the same Gospel that sanctifies us. The Gospel is not an event, but the heart of the Christian message.

Finally, Pastor Blair shares how important it is to test the teachings of men through the lens of the Gospel of Christ crucified, and that our experiences (although still important) never trump the authority of Scripture. Our experiences don't dictate to us the truths of Scripture; rather Scripture dictates to us our experiences.
