Last week I spoke with Dr Martin Sherman, who supports the newly elected Israeli government's plans to enact a far-reaching reform of the Israel Supreme Court. This week I speak with Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz, who believes a judicial overhaul will make Israel much harder to defend on the global stage.
