At this year's Calgary Stampede, local seasonal ingredients were on full display at the first-ever Taste of Stampede. The culinary cup pitted chefs from across Alberta against one another in a mouth-watering competition. Errin Massolin is the head chef of The Nash in Calgary's Inglewood neighbourhood.
