God commands Moses to being Aaron and his sons to the door of the tabernacle and to have the congregation assemble their before them. With him, Moses was to bring the garments, the anointing oil, a bull as the sin offering, two rams, and a basket of unleavened bread. And then before the people, Moses washed-Aaron and his sons, put the newly made clothes upon them and anointed them with oil as part of their consecration.
