After defining who are eligible spouses in term of degrees of consanguinity and affinity, God now talks about other perversions. These perversions are thing that have become increasingly embraced in our culture. Not just in the sense of being found acceptable, but actively and jealously promoted by political leaders. We have not yet started embracing having sexual relations with animals, but we should recognize the pattern of these verses is the pattern of a people whose are rejecting the knowledge of God. They are laying out the pattern of our society since the sixties. God says that these things defile the land and the land will reject people who embrace them. Our nation is actively working to sow the seeds of its destruction.
