As Christians, we all find ourselves in positions of being both leaders and followers...it just depends on the dynamic, location, relationship, you name it. Sometimes we are expected to be a great leader and sometimes we are expected to be a great follower. 

The apostle Paul gave us the strategy for how to be both a good follower and a good leader in one simple, but profound scripture when he said, “Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ.” (1 Corinthians 11:1)
