Pastor David starting with Hebrews 11:6 shows us that it is faith that pleases God. There is nothing that can make God love us any more or any less, however if God can be pleased He can be displeased. We should want to please God and the Bible shows us how we can do that.

We learn through looking at Abraham that it is faith in what Jesus has done that puts righteousness into our account, despite some of our bad behaviour. Conversely our good behaviour, holiness worship and performance is not what pleases Him. Brethren if you want God to be pleased simply believe in His word above your own mind or opinion. Make His word preeminent in your life and wow what a change you will see!
