He’s been a member of the New York Bar since 1995 and, after graduating from Hofstra Law School, he was appointed Assistant District Attorney. Following a successful career as a prosecutor where he received the Distinguished Public Service Award, he served as Senior Trial Counsel specializing in criminal defense.
He’s tried cases and received favorable verdicts in multiple Counties as well as the Federal level in both Eastern and Southern Districts.
His straight-talking legal expertise is highly regarded by media outlets, as he has frequently appeared on various cable news programs and currently works with CNN/HLN as a Legal Analyst.
He’s is a former professor at Monroe College where he taught Business and Civil Rights Law.

Given the latest data on how this Pandemic has largely affected more black and Hispanics than any other nationalities, what would he say to these communities and what are some of the recommendations to them on what they can do to take better control of their own circumstances given the obvious data? 6. Your perspective is the way you see something. Latin root meaning " to look through" a way of regarding situations, facts, etc, and judging their relative importance. the proper or accurate point of view or the ability to see it; Based on previous question, With the Extra time most have at home right now, what advise would Mr. Jackson give to everyone listening on what they could do to transform their lives? Where are the opportunities? Where is the Needle of hope and optimism?
