Wayne Barnes has helped launch the first representative body for senior rugby union officials designed to give referees a collective voice that can liaise directly with World Rugby. Dr. Ross Tucker is a sports scientist and high-performance sports expert. He currently works as a research scientist for World Rugby, and he joins us to discuss the development.
