With record-high jobs and record-low unemployment, Americans still overwhelmingly say that the economy is headed in the wrong direction.  Heritage Economist Stephen Moore spoke with Annie about why the job numbers arent necessarily a sign of a healthy economy and why Americans have such a negative view of it.
