Guy Relford is back for another edition of the Gun Guy on 93.1 WIBC. In today's show Guy begins the show talking about how some in social media are holding him, and other defenders of the 2nd Amendment, responsible for recent mass shootings. Guy asks “what shall our response be when attacked by those who oppose the 2nd Amendment?” Guy argues that the 2nd Amendment preserves the right of individuals to bear arms. He explains that a “well regulated militia” does not mean that the government can “regulate” guns. As settled by the Supreme Court in the District of Columbia v. Heller case, a “well regulated militia” is a militia that works, not one that is regulated. As always Guy takes calls from listeners throughout the show.
