Rozen (aka Daniel Jimenez) is a Los Angeles based composer/arranger. His recent work includes an extensive repertoire of video game arrangements from franchises such as, Hearthstone, Metroid, Kingdom Hearts, and The Legend of Zelda. Rozen was nominated for his first G.A.N.G. award for Best Game Music Cover/Remix in 2016, for his cover single of “Vault 111” from Fallout 4, and his track “Liberi Fatali: Fated Children” won a G.A.N.G. award for Best Game Music Cover/Remix in 2017. His most recent album release “CHILDREN OF TERMINA has been awarded for Best Album – Fan Arranged” in VGMO’s Annual Game Music Awards 2018.

CHILDREN OF TERMINA is an in-depth musical exploration of the lore behind the action-adventure game release in 2000 by Nintendo for the Nintendo 64, The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask. The release of Children of Termina follows the hugely-successful Sins of Hyrule and Ballads of Hyrule with powerful orchestral arrangements that revisit key moments and mysteries of Termina.

In this episode, Rozen dramatically describes his all-new arrangements of music from Majora’s Mask and how he created the ominous, yet beautiful blend of symphonic, synth, and sound design for Children of Termina. He also describes some of the original music he composed for the release, his inspirations for it, and how, through this release, he sought to bring gamers back to their memories of playing the original video game.
