Corey Harris | Performance Improvement Expert

Corey has a deep background in process design and problem solving. He worked in restaurants throughout college and continued in the service industry for several years after completing his undergrad.  In addition to management, he was a partner in a small chain of cafes in the Richmond area. Working in the service industry takes dedication and hard work. It builds character, and it emphasizes compassion. Corey loved the challenge, the pace, and the opportunity to improve operations by making small, incremental changes.  As a result, he’s been excelling at process design and implementation for most of his career.  

With an emphasis on process architecture, Corey has successfully led clients through numerous post-acquisition integrations. He’s led large-scale, company-wide performance improvement initiatives resulting in revenue increases and efficiency gains for clients. His unique ability to understand day to day operations, gather information, and build out improvement plans is unmatched. Corey makes process initiatives easy.
