Daniel 7:18 - The angel continues to explain Daniel's vision to him. He tells Daniel of a final kingdom that is to come - an eternal one. This kingdom will be possessed by the saints forever. It's a new concept to Daniel. Who are the saints? The greater Biblical context states the saints will be the kingdom and will have authority and rule within it? Daniel knows what's relevant to his time, but true believers today are permitted a bigger view of the angel's word.
