AGENDA • S.3123, A bill to address hunting, fishing, trapping, and animal gathering rights of the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians in Oregon. The legislation addresses a long-standing issue tied to the restoration of federal recognition to the tribe, whose status had been terminated by the U.S. government.

• S.3126, A bill to address hunting, fishing, trapping, and animal gathering rights of the Confederated Tribes of the Grand Ronde Community in Oregon. The legislation addresses a long-standing issue tied to the restoration of federal recognition to the tribe, whose status had been terminated by the U.S. government.

• S.3273, the Agua Caliente Land Exchange Fee to Trust Confirmation Act. The bill places about 2,560 acres into trust for the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians. The lands, currently managed by the Bureau of Land Management, are of cultural and historical importance to the tribe, located in southern California.

• S.3381, the Tribal Trust Land Homeownership Act. The bipartisan bill accelerates the review and processing of mortgages by the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
