Rev Dr Mart Thompson from Concordia Seminary in St Louis shares with us his experience growing ministry servants through the Specific Ministry Pastor Program (SMP). SMP is a four year distance education program for students to prepare to become pastors with the help of a local mentor-pastor who has been trained in coaching. Mart also shares his insights and experience with coaching and growing people.
