Today we talk to former Colonel Mike Yaeger about his experience with men in the military. The difference between young men now and young men 10 years ago, how the entitlement mentality affects the soldier and why suicide rates are up amongst younger soldiers,

Mike was a Lieutenant Colonel but when he could no longer promote chose to go the Non-commissioned Officer route just so he could stay in the National Guard. He is currently a Sargent.
