Originally when starting my property journey, I wasn't clear on what my primary and secondary strategy was. I tried to do multiple strategies at one time, and the reality is you just can't do it all at once. It lost me 3-4 months as I was running around like a headless chicken.
I tried to do too many deals at once and I tried to grow the business too fast. Although we did do loads of deals, 11 HMOs and 1 land development deal in the first year. It caused a lot of confusion and stress.
