On today's episode David  Mildenberg talks with Ryan Clutter, who has been involved in more than $8 billion of commercial real estate transactions during his 23-year career. The Indiana University graduate is senior managing director at JLL Capital Markets' Carolinas office. Among his most recent transactions was assisting the sellers of the Lowe's Global Technology Center in Charlotte, a $318 million deal that set a record price for office space in the Queen City. Clutter talks about how the pandemic has affected real estate and why creating impressive office environments is a priority for many businesses.
