No need to wait for business hours, and some folks find it easier to leave a voicemail, although I can personally attest that staffers at elected official offices are kind, diligent, and make it easy to voice your opinions.

Last week, I had my first colonoscopy. Colorectal cancer is the second leading cancer here in the US. Eat your fiber, drink your water, move your body, and get your preventative screenings.

The title is not a typo! I'm having major GarageBand technical trouble, and this is the best thing I could get my computer to produce. GarageBand keeps claiming the disk is too slow to record, and when it will record, it spontaneously crashes and deletes my music track. ¯(ツ)/¯

Employee Appreciation celebrations should come AFTER your company is paying all of its taxes, providing good benefits, paying fair/equitable/thriving wages, and generally running an ethical business inside and out. These tips are NOT for companies like Sephora who earned $10 Billion Dollars and "rewarded" their employees with custom-printed sugar cookies bragging about their banner year, or Amazon, a company that penalizes employees for taking bathroom breaks and pays less in corporate taxes (percentage-wise) than I do every year.
