How are you spending your time? On important things? Or on $10-$15/hr jobs around your operation. We need to figure out how much our time is worth, and how much we need to value ourselves. If we look in the mirror and see someone worth $12/hr, that is what we will get, and we’ll burn 60-80 hours a week, when in reality we could hire someone else to take care of that work so we can focus on the important tasks.
