It's no secret that the war in Afghanistan has been a complete and utter shit show, with blame falling squarely on the shoulders of four different presidents. Aaron and I will never agree on what the solution for that hell hole is, or whether we should have ever been there in the first place, but we're in complete agreement that the withdrawal has been a catastrophe. Yesterday's attack further proved that point. We talked at length about the failures unfolding before our eyes.
