Vanessa did our recent TUFF photo shoot with her husband. She looks so amazing, and has spent the last few weeks showing off her hard work poolside in Santorini! Most of Vanessa’s time with us saw us trying to shove more food down her throat to put her in a calorie surplus to help her gain muscle and build shape. But every time we gave her a calorie increase her metabolism would speed up in response and she would still lose a little fat!!! Sux to be her!
