MIKE MARANO FROM WESTCHESTER MODULAR HOMES, INC. (WMH)

Hello patient podcast subscribers! I really want to get these episodes out more often, but as many of you know, I have 2 small children, and they are demanding of my time! And super cute. Ask me to show a picture!

In this episode, I had a great time talking with Mike Marano at his Huntington office. First, you have to know WHM builds modular homes on Long Island and all over. Not just in Westchester.

I walked in while he was with a client, and he let me sit-in and learn. Mike's got a great set-up there, including a nice set of golf clubs and his grandfather's Minnesota Fats pool cue. (Feel free to invite Mike to your country club to play a round.)

As I said above, WMH does a lot of work on Long Island. Much of it out east. I learned what a "stick built" house is, and I got a clear education of what a modern modular home is compared to a "regular" home. Mike wants to work with LIBI members.
