When Jane heard that Patch Adams was going to be a keynote speaker at the Beautiful Dying Expo she knew she had to book him on The Next Room. Patch made a decision at the age of 18 to never have another bad day in his life. He focused his energy on 6 qualities for his life and they are: happy, loving, cooperative, creative, funny and thoughtful. He founded the Gesundheit Institute a 501 (c) 3 non-profit healthcare organization whose mission is to reframe and reclaim the concept of “hospital."
