Mindful Compassion: How the Science of Compassion Can Help You Understand Your Emotions, Live in the Present, and Connect Deeply with Others

Hey Friends!

Recently the awesome people over at The Tattooed Buddha asked me if I would be interested in doing a book review for them. I'm pretty sure that's like asking Dracula if he'd like a warm bag O positive, lol. Of course I said yes!

The book they sent me is a book called From Mindfulness to Insight.

But, I had an idea...that's scary...I know. I thought, this might be a good opportunity to try something out. Rather than do a straight-forward book review, wouldn't it be a little more "me" to 'document-the-process' of reading through this book.

Hopefully, you think it's a good idea. Fingers crossed...
