I catch-up with Samson on his recent move back to Nigeria to co-found his investment management company. I really appreciated the candor on the pros and cons, deciding to take the plunge, and the aspirations for the company, especially so early in the journey. I left feeling inspired by the clarity of his purpose, and the sacrifice involved in pursuing his vision and looking after family. 
We also talk about the competitiveness of growing up in a big family, Nigerian boarding schools, unlearning subservience and creating value.
