This week, Rusty Sonnets finally gets round to looking at another actual sonnet, "Composed Upon Westminster Bridge..." by William Wordsworth. Wordsworth is perhaps the least iconoclastic of the Romantic poets, though he still provides a good jumping off point for an era where the lyric poem finally rose to prominence. I then "Wander off on one..." about the spiritual status and significance of bridges in London.
