But maybe for Zacchaeus he just had enough of his bad reputation. For being known as a tax collector who cheated people off their taxes. Maybe just maybe if he just saw Jesus everything would be better. But in reality it was so much more and Jesus took notice of him and even called him by name and said I'm coming over for dinner tonight. And yeah, Sure there's So much to be thankful for, and things to be bitter about, but there is certainly things with Jesus that can get better. .
