In spite of growing fears of a recession, 4.4 million Americans quit their jobs in April. In spite of this, labor shortages could persist for awhile. As boomers are retiring in ever greater numbers, younger generations are in more demand, and this is giving them power to hop from job to job. But are some of them experiencing "buyer's remorse"?
