Coach Dev, Tim Patton and Damoun Lopez are here to discuss the lack of masculinity in the Public and Charter School System and in the community. Collectively, we are seeing how the lack of a male presence is hindering the personal development of the kids we work with. Also, we feel the full power of the masculine voice is misunderstood and stifled because of its foreign sound within the community and the school system. The depths of a Black Educator who is a male and respected should never be stifled.
