Welcome to our special segment Road Trip Training called the “Leadership Challenge.”  In this training, you will learn 5 skills to help lead your team to stronger leadership practices.  Through our research, we have learned that one reason why educators do not stay in our field is that they do not feel challenged.  They also feel that they are more like babysitters rather than educators.  To solve this problem we have found five skills that are missing in creating a leadership-focused environment that is determined not only to build themselves up but to build up others as well.
