In this episode...I was super tired (been a long past few days) so excuse the half-thoughts, uhs, and umms but Jason and I talked about how our society is viewed in an “either/or” way and how most of life is gray and not black and white (26:35) the things we wished we learned in school (36:45, which will be a future series at some point by the way) and finally the differences between being a specialist and a generalist from the book “Range” and how most of us aren’t meant to be prodigies (ie specialists, Tiger Woods) but actually follow a path of being a “jack of all trades” (a generalist aka multipotentialite) and how that isn’t a bad thing at the (45:40) mark.
