If you've been to Pitch Competitions, you would be familiar with these questions, "What makes you different?" and "What makes you better?". As someone who successfully sold a company that I built with my business partner and currently running a real estate private equity firm. I can definitely say it's not what makes you different. It's about the execution. You don't need to complicate stuff. You just have to keep it simple and execute!
