Liam is a pupil at Ardscoil na Mara. He has set up "Liams Bakes" as part of his TY mini-company. But it's fair to say Liam has gone above and beyond; his kitchen is HSE-approved and he's fully online. He dropped into Ollie and Mary with a number of tasty treats.
