In this episode we talk about how important it is for us as leaders to create a compelling vision that will draw those around us to engage in the work we need to get done!

All leaders are familiar with the process of goals and we work tirelessly to get our teams to accomplish their goals.  For so many of us our goals are framed in such a way that we are practically pushing every person we work with to try and accomplish them.  As valuable as goals can be if you want a more viable buy in from those you work with, check your vision!  Remember that goals are great to push us to success, but our properly framed vision pulls all of those on our teams to success!
