Keep it SIMPLE!!!

Goodness knows, over the years, I have complicated things with my podcast and my business. And these “complications” have cost me time, energy and money.

In today’s episode, I go through three themes you can do to help you, the solo entrepreneur and podcast host, keep things simple. Plus, you’ll get the most benefit for the work you do.

These three themes:

1. Don’t turn your podcast into a business, turn your business into your podcast.
2. Stop comparing your podcast to the big names. (Just sound as good as them!)
3. If you’re going to do interviews, talk to people you WANT to talk to.

These concepts will help you build great sounding episodes, and promote them with the least amount of effort, to get the most gain.
